All G.M. Collin products marketed by unauthorized resellers are not approved or endorsed by G.M. Collin.

G.M. Collin asks consumers to be mindful and cautious when buying cosmetic products online, as these could be counterfeit or they could have exceeded their expiration date. Where are your products made?  

 

As a Canadian company, G.M. Collin manufactures all its products in its laboratory, in Montreal. We administer the entire manufacturing process, ensure the quality of our work and perform clinical studies in one place, at our head office. 

 

Can G.M. Collin products be used during pregnancy? 

 

Most of our products have no contraindication to being used during pregnancy. However, we recommend that you consult with a healthcare practitioner to confirm the use of skin care products. 

 

Are your products tested on animals? 

 

Our products are not, and will never be, tested on animals. 

The efficacy and safety of each product is confirmed by rigorous clinical studies conducted from a pool of thousands of volunteers. Every detail is carefully studied to ensure unparalleled results.

At the moment, we deliver in Canada and the United States. We are currently unable to process and ship orders outside of Canada and the United States.

CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

 

No, at this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

What are the shipping options and fees?   

 

All orders are delivered by Purolator. The cost of shipping is established according to the weight and destination of the package being shipped. When you place an order on our website, the shipping cost is estimated and provided before the order is finalized. We offer free standard shipping on orders above $100, before tax. 

 

What are the shipping times?  

 

Process and shipping times vary and may take between 2 and 15 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and on where your order is to be shipped. Please keep in mind that the time estimates may further vary during the holiday season, new product or limited edition launches, or in the event of stock shortages.

Collin aestheticians are educated and trained to perform a complete skin analysis and prescribe the appropriate personalized skin care program for your skin.Without a complete skin analysis, the products may not deliver exactly what your skin require.
